WELCOME TO EUROPE'S GREENEST DATA CENTER.

SECURITY

A comprehensive security concept ensures that all data is protected from theft or damage due to environmental influences. All crucial values in the server rooms (temperature, humidity, power supply etc.) are permanently monitored by central building control systems.

The data center is watched 24/7 by security guards. Additionally, all sensitive areas are monitored by cameras. And to assure that no unauthorized persons get near the servers, a modern access control system has been installed.

If a cable should melt somewhere or smoke develop for other reasons, it will be identified by a fire early detection system. In combination with fire warning devices, it is possible to effectively avoid fire hazards for the servers housed at datadock.

Also too much heat or humidity is avoided in the server rooms thanks to fully automatic air conditioning.

Jochen Berger

datadock represents the perfect cooperation of humans, machines and nature. In more than three years of planning and construction and with a total budget of more than 17 million euros, my team and I have reached our goal of creating an especially eco-friendly and at the same time ultra-modern data center.

In addition to a strong focus on efficiency and environmental protection the security and availability of our customer's infrastructure is also crucial. Therefore, we made every effort to realize a comprehensive security and redundancy concept, which ensures the highest possible availability of your data. My team and I are not satisfied unless your infrastructure is available at all times with high performance and without failures.

Best regards

Jochen Berger

UPS (uninterruptible power supply) devices and voltage filters ensure constant power supply. That way, not only hardware damage is prevented, but also data availability always guaranteed.

And even if the power supply by external suppliers breaks down, redundant diesel generators will take over, which are powered from two 26,000 l diesel tanks that can be refueled during operation. Thus, the best possible autonomy regarding power supply is assured.
